You must enroll in an “accredited institution” for your English language study.

Travelling on your own
To go to the UK, you do not need to be an adult, meaning you must be at least eighteen.
Both of your parents (or just one parent if they are solely responsible) or your legal guardian must have given their written consent. This needs to verify that they have consented to:
- your application for a visa
- Your living arrangements and degree of care in the United Kingdom
- Your trip to the United Kingdom
Additionally, they must show that you have an appropriate place to live while visiting the UK, such as:
- The name and birthdate of the person with whom you will be lodging
- an address at which you plan to reside
- information about you and the person who will be taking care of you
- written consent so they can take care of you while you’re in the UK.
If either of the following applies to your visit, your parent, guardian, or school is required to notify the appropriate local authority:
- You are younger than eighteen and have a handicap.
- You will be placed in “private foster care,” which is cared for by someone other than your immediate family, for more than 28 days.
If you have a response from the local government, you ought to provide it.
Travelling with an adult
You must specify on your visa application if you are traveling to the UK with an adult (someone who is 18 years of age or older).
If you arrive in the UK without them, you will be denied admission, and their name will be on your visa.
Your visa will only be valid if you travel with at least one of the two adults you listed in your application.
You both need to fill out separate forms, but the adult can apply for a visa simultaneously.
DURATION REQUIRED TO RECEIVE A DECISION
You will typically receive a decision within three weeks after submitting your application, proving your identity, and provided your documents.
If you want a quicker verdict, you might be able to pay.
